Hi, my name is Joseph Thomas. "Joe Dirt". I was raised on a Hippie Commune with 1800 acres in beautiful southern middle Tennessee. Some time ago, I attended a carbon farming course on our community. Darren J. Doherty, Joel Salatin and Brian Bankston, inspired me to work at improving the soil on our property. I created a design that we think works well. While still working full-time, this hobby is slowly becoming a lifestyle. Other big inspirational influences in my life include: Spiral Ridge Permaculture, Elaine Ingham, Geoff Lawton, and my community.
Here are the different things that I'm doing to build soil
